A setting staff member is a kind of customer service representative who receives complaints and interviews unhappy customers. Set-ups are often directly assisted by telephone to resolve questions about bank and credit card accounts, retail or wholesale purchases, and insurance policies. Compliance officers should review complaints or questions about accounts, policies or purchases and evaluate the basis of customer statements in the context of customer policies and procedures.
